Senior
Senior I
5 days/week (12.5 hours/Week)
This is the first level at which the athletes are encouraged to make a commitment to swimming and to limit participation in activities outside of swimming that would interfere with that commitment. They participate in highly competitive meets at the local, regional and national level. Senior I athletes are required to attend at least five workouts a week.
Senior II
5 days/week (2 hours 30 min)
The Senior II level is designed to prepare the athletes for our most advanced training. While stroke technique and proper mechanics are strongly emphasized, the focus of this group shifts towards endurance training. Athletes are required to attend a minimum of six workouts a week.
National
6 days/week (3 hours)
Our most advanced group is for athletes who are committed to training for national competition. Only our most motivated athletes will be considered for the National squad. Time management is crucial to balance the academics and athletics required to succeed at this level. Six workouts a week are required of this squad.
Practice Schedule
Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 4:15pm - 5:45pm
Tuesday - Thursday: 4:15pm - 6:15pm
