Board of Directors
The Board of Directors strives to run the team as a traditional non-profit organization, viewing the head coach as the chief executive officer of the organization.
The Board provides oversight over the operation of the organization and fulfills its responsibilities as defined by the National Center for Nonprofit Boards, USA Swimming, The American Swimming Coaches Association and other related organizations.
The board continues to assess its performance, attempts to understand and appreciate the respective roles of the board and the head coach, and find ways to increase the volunteer involvement of more CUDA families.
